We adopted a wonderful set of twins from Russia 2 years ago and have had a great experience using Au Pairs from Cultural Care Au Pair - they can place a Russian speaking childcare provider in your home for 45 hours of childcare/week. Great young girls with excellent English skills who speak Russian to the kids at home. The bonus is they typically bring with them authentic Russian books/games/toys when they arrive for the kids to play with. Drop me a line if you'd like to talk about it.
