We are an American family from the Russian origin, both full-time working professionals, one of us primarily works from home. We live in a family house in Tyson's Virginia and looking for a Russian and fluent English speaking babysitter for our 4 years old twin boys. We can accept both live-in and live-out options. For a live-in option we will provide a separate suite with a bathroom, an access to the Internet and meals and you will be treated like a member of our family. Both boys are in a pre-school from 9 am till 2 pm and have several other activities in the afternoons. Driving license and experience is a must. The responsibilities include: preparing and serving kids meals, kids dishwashing, kids laundry, driving kids to/from school and kids activities, helping in children's development (reading, writing, educational games), supervising children's play. We need a person who will be a nanny, a teacher and a friend to our lovely boys!
Our boys are in a preschool since 9 am till 2 pm and have several sport and educational activities in the afternoons. Our ideal candidate will work since 12 noon till 7 pm every day Monday-Friday with occasional additional hours on the weekdays or weekends if needed. Also you will have to take care of our kids full time (9 am - 7 pm) when they are sick (very rare) or when school is closed during some holidays or exceptional events. We need a creative person who will be able to keep our boys engaged and will supervise their play and learning processes .
