hi Ric and Cathy.... Just read the Rics has been sold?? We did know it was on the market! If it has been sold we just wanted to thank you for many fun, comfortable years,,,,we've followed you to 3 locations over the years and we sure will miss you! We wish you the best...enjoy your retirement (if you are) and have long healthy lives! Joe and Charlene
