I have been married for almost nine years, we have no children.
I am thirty two years old, my birthday is in October.
I have been intrigued with the Roma people since I was a small child. I have studied everything I can get my hands on, and even learned some of the different dialects from around the world. ( just some words) Not enough to have a conversation, but enough to keep me happy. As I have said to my husband words have meaning, and I love to learn what the mean.
I enjoy writing short stories and poetry, my friends tell me I’m rather good, but then my friends might just be sparing my feelings. I would like to think they are speaking the truth. I love reading books, all kinds of books.
My husband and I belong to a living history group; a civil war re-enacting community, which allows us to educate the people about what was going on during the 1861-1865. It was a troubled time for a young country. But I find this to be the perfect time to educate the people where I live about the life and history of the Roma people; to give them the truth and the actual facts of these amazing people. Nothing saddens me more than when people spread lies and rumors that have no basis in fact.
I look forward to making friends.
