I want to make a movie not a documentary!

Hi I dont know how to start all i know there a big story to tell here how tuff it is being a young gypsy having to get married and how the romaniya is changing losing there traditions each year. Not intersted in a documentary a real movie well made with real gom actors that know how to act . plz respond if u could help out
