I'm afraid I have been away from the computer for some time and so have just picked up Bob's letter about an Australian dinner. It's good to see that David Horn is alive and well and presumably down-under. Whether an impoverished and broken-down old schoolmaster could put the funds together and then run the gauntlet of deep veined thrombosis to be present must be problematical. However, I may do a lecture tour of Australia for NADFAS and if I do I will let you know the dates, so you can then arrange a dinner to coincide - or not as the consensus directs.
