I think it is a piece of speculative fun! David Dixon has given a jaunty answer, in that a motto was discussed for the school, but nothing ever happened. I am equally certain that the sports associations don't have one either, although I can't be sure Marc.I was fairly certain that there wasn't one and the stained glass bears no wording at all. Incidentally, it was Wordsworth: "The Child is father of the Man." ('My Heart Leaps Up When I Behold' (1807)).
