As I understand it, John Kinsey was Deputy to Dr Watson. By 1973 Mr Shearn was DH to Dr Watson with Mr Pratt a Senior Teacher and in charge of Careers. In 1976 Dr Watson retired and Mr Shearn became Acting Head and Mr Pratt Acting Deputy. In 1977, as we know, St Nicks ceased and Mr Shearn became Deputy to Miss Hornsby and Mr Pratt resumed as St.
