Many of the fans of Dan Slott's book still wish he was on it, and since that's not possible, wish his successor would write more stories in the same vein, even if this means turning a blind eye to the ramifications of the Planet Hulk. But I don't think we have to worry about 99% of the people who don't like PAD's run. They're just shrugging their shoulders and not buying the book. It seems that what we have to worry about is ONE guy so upset that he's taken to harassing Peter David on his own web site. If he tries that out here, his IP will be banned in no time.

: Oh, I remember those oh so dark times,
: Eddie. But I liken that the reaction to
: Slott's take on She-Hulk is codswollop to
: ONE MORE DAY. People complaining about
: whether She-Hulk should wear the torn nitey
: is a cakewalk compared to Spidey selling out
: to demons and other instruments of evil.
:
: But now what? Were so many people so
: "traumatized" with the tone change
: of the book or what? While Dan's take was
: very unique, I do appreciate PAD's take, and
: don't understand the "out of
: character" complaints, when She-Hulk
: acted VERY much like she is now, sans torn
: nitey, of course. I really do not
: understand the complaints at all. What Dan
: did is what Dan did, of course PAD is going
: to have a different take. That's just the
: way it is. And the whole "out of
: character" buzzword is thrown around
: way too loosely, as it now seems to mean,
: "Iron Man is NOT acting the way I want
: him to act!" or better yet, "My
: She-Hulk is a Charles Bronson fan and would
: kill the bad guys, including nude serial
: killers!".
:
: Can't please everyone I guess...
