Well, the thing is, against the Hulk, when he has one foe, he fights him evenly... and, when he has ten, he dominates them. That's how his powers operate.
And Thundra and Valkyrie are really lightweights compared to him. I would bet that, at this point, the two of them are not as strong as Shulkie herself (given that current Valkyrie is a 30 tonner).
