Betty's reason could be deep down she really does blame Rick for what happened to Bruce. As to whether she is the new Hulk, this Hulk is clearly male and since Jeph Loeb is writing this book and not Grant Morrison, I don't think we have a transgenderd Hulk. --Previous Message-- : Glen Talbot is a good theory.
