Her last three or four Handbook entries had her at Class 100. But I do think it's all up in the air and her showings are too inconsistent...
Highend showings:
*** While enraged, physically beat a Thanos clone who was identical to the original (not even a Watcher could tell the difference);
*** Seemed about as strong as Bran (Celtic Demigod) and Immortal Hercules in their last encounter;
*** Seemed physically superior to Extremis Iron Man;
*** While the Super Skrull had the upperhand in their last battle, she seemed stronger ( she actually used his neck as a lasso, which implied greater strength, IMO).
"Iffy" / "lowend" showings:
*** While not a bad showing 'per se', as she beat Abomination, she implied he was stronger than she. Notice he is a not a Class 100 character technically.
*** In her fight against X-Factor, some folks took it as M was shown as her equal in strength. I disagree, but it puts her class 100 status in doubt;
*** In Civil War, she struggled against some Iron Man bots, but, in her book, it was explained she was not at full power, because of Wanda's spell.
*** Was pretty much one-shotted by WWHulk and didn't last long against Red Hulk.
These are her most relevant showings, as far as I can remember. That other She-Hulk from another Earth, which was a template from ours, easily beat Rhino and the Wrecker also...

: Years ago when she first started out she was
: around class 70. Under various writers her
: strength has increased/decreased. I think
: at her maximum she was roughly as strong as
: if not stronger than an enraged
: Hulk/immortal Hercules. Now she seems
: somewhere in-between. I known strength
: classes are not accurate, but more like
: rough guesses, but how strong do you think
: she is currently? Class 90? Class 100?
: Low-end class 100?
