There is the She-Hulk of Earth 2149, the Zombieverse. This She-Hulk ate that reality's Reed Richards' children, probably pushing him to insanity and ultimately embracing zombiedom. She was destroyed by that reality's pre-zombie Sue Storm.
There is the She-Hulk of Earth 9140, seen in the WHAT IF Wolvie became Lord of the Vampires. Obviously this She-Hulk is a vampire. Ditto for the Shulkie of Earth 9240 (Punisher becomes lord of the vampires).
There is the She-Hulk of Earth 9811, of WHAT IF the heroes did not leave Battleworld during the SECRET WARS. This Shulkie had a son with Hawkeye named Gr...I mean, Mustang.
There are a few She-Hulk's from EXILES, one who was evil and who was not, I think. Can't really be sure on that.
There's the "Shulk" of the Maestro's reality, I believe she is from.
Don't forget the Shulkie of Spidey Super Stories, who like everyone else, speaks in rhyme written for children.
There's probably more, but this is all I got for now...
