She's still around. Over on Dan Slott's board he said he'd be happy to have Jen onboard the Mighty Avengers, but it would depend on what other creators were doing with her (and potentially his current team size).
So it sounds like there are irons in the fire, it's just a matter of what and when.
The new "She-Hulk" is being written by Van Lente which means (IMO) it's worth taking at least a look at to see where they're going with it.
