Hate to break it to you old chap, Marvel is a business and when Joe Q isn't going batshit crazy and alienating the entire world with his idiotic continuity ####s, they're driven by a profit.
This sadly means Spiderman and Wolverine will appear in over a dozen comics each a month and She-Hulk will probably be lucky to make that in a year... but don't blame a company for trying to make money, blame fanboys for throwing their money at anything Wolverine related.
