We don't know how long it took her, but it wasn't more than a few hours. Could have been minutes, since Reed noted that he left with the Fantastic Four five minutes after her, and, when he intercepted Jen, she was close to Ohio (she had left from New Jersey).
Also, when She-Hulkie (Jen) first attacked She-Red Hulk (Lyra), she moved so fast that she was shown as but a big blur

: All gamma people have enhanced reflexes,
: along with enhanced strength. There were
: old Hulk issues where the villain or hero
: asked, "How can someone so big move so
: fast"?, and there were a few issues of
: She-Hulk in which her enhanced reflexes were
: shown.
:
: I also believe that She-Hulk can run very
: fast. There was an old Avengers issue where
: she said she just came back from jogging up
: and down Manhattan.
