: Ah, yes - I'd missed Sue Storm... BECAUSE
: SHE'S INVISIBLE... eh, I suppose you can't
: expect much of a character whose initial
: ability was purely being invisible - back in
: the days when about all female superheroes
: could do was shrink and go invisible...
Funnliy enough it was a Hulked out Photon I didn't notice, until I looked again. I am sure she looks like a She-Hulk when she is visible.
: But yes, I think the designs were good...
: more than just making them big and green/red
: - which is cool...
Indeed. I could see an action figure line of these.
: Do we know how this cosmic gamma cathexis
: thing worked - I suppose it WAS a twist, I
: assume there will be some explanation of WHY
: the Leader did this... presumably these
: heroes are in some manner under control but
: who knows. Also... didn't the Leader gamma
: the world before?
I think he did. I think they are under control, otherwise I think they would not of been exposed.
: Betty being the Red She-Hulk WOULD make
: sense but I'm really not sure how one could
: reconcile it with the stuff that she has
: been up to in the recent books... and my
: fingers are crossed for Rogue to get some of
: the gamma.
I think that Betty might be red herring. As for Rogue I don't think she is going to turn up. SHe has absorbed the power of Hulk and She-Hulk before though right?
: As to Lyra and Jen... I'm not sure what the
: blast would do to them... that's just a gut
: feeling though... But fingers crossed for
: some Jen power-up, as that would be only
: fair given her long hiatus.
Indeed, looking at what they are up against I think they would need it. Since it seems to amp the powers of Heroes and Since Jen and Lyra are Hulks I guess they would be more Hulked out, they will probably have the glowing yellow eyes. Maybe Lyra will have a few green streaks in her hair. Of course if they have been exposed, I hope so it would make quite an entrance for Jen (Since she is supposed to play a part in this). Again this would give Jen a better chance of making it out.
