It's silly, It's not like she has gone through drastic changes in personality (maybe her Savage persona being the expection) The core of the character is still there.

In personality yes, but that's her appeal. Her being a female Hulk though is a double edge sword. Some will see as a rip off, others will see her a good character. Whether you like it not, having Stan Lee credited as her creator has helped her go from D to a B List character (I think Roger Stern said he wanted her in the Avengers because she is a Stan Lee character.)
