Actually in Savage She-Hulks that was make up. Your right about the back-up. What I should specifically say it seems Lyra has a puny human form. Like Jen, Betty, Bruce and Skaar have in relation to thier Hulk forms. If you look she just looks like a normal teenager in that preview not her usual self minus the green skin.
