He's the new HEAD, which means BOSS, of Marvels TV division. Animation AND live-action. He really is one of the big higher ups at Marvel that WOULD be in the know about what initiatives, what characters they are going to be pushing on the small screen soon.
Heck, he's probably been to several meetings about the Hulk tv-show already.
And yeah, I do think Shulkie will appear on the Avengers EMH show, because they seem to be intent on introducing quite a few of the Avengers there, in due time.
They are focusing their attention to the original founders at the moment, while starting to branch out to the second wave of heroes. ( Hawkeye, Black Panther) Recently they started introducing what I would like to call wave 3: Captain Marvel and Ms Marvel. And they have also shown a few versions of Ultron, so with all likeliness they will eventually introduce another of these wave 3 heroes: Vision.
I'm thinking She-Hulk could actually possibly show up in season 2, which is already quite far into production.
Which iteration/wave of Avengers did She-Hulk first join in? Is it something like version 4 of the Avengers?

: And honestly, I don't think Loeb would
: really be privy to details of it anyway.
