Posted by David Peattie Don't know if you're still searching info on these characters, but I just found this message board, and I can help on two of the villains you referred to. The Acrobat appeared in FLASH COMICS #89. His real name was Gulliver "Gyp" Haines, and he was a ganglord who got the brilliant idea to train himself and his men in acrobatics so that they could commit burglaries in hard-to-reach places. As I recall, they all wore purple leotards with red trunks and matching hoods that covered their faces. The Human Fly Bandits appeared in FLASH COMICS #100, and were led by John Rotor. They were a gang that had suction cup devices on their hands and feet that let them climb up walls, and also were out to burglarize places that were hard to get into. Although Rotor wore a red cape over his otherwise non-descript clothing, I don't recall the other gang members having any costumes to speak of. (This story is reprinted in WANTED, THE WORLD'S MOST DANGEROUS VILLAINS #3.) Hope this helps! David Peattie
