Updated the board for March, back to basics approach. . .

This board started out as the Starman MB and evolved into the JSA board, which eventually moved to comicboards. We kind of struggled because a lot of the characters are on-topic at the JSA board, as well.
That said, we will keep the focus on Stargirl and Hawkman/Hawkgirl. Just wanted to reassure everyone one that this is going to stay as our main topic.
Does anyone have any suggestions to help with increasing postings or have any suggestions for an open mod position?
