Could Sheira Saunders come back, separate from Kendra?

Is it possible for Sheira to return to life as herself, separate from Kendra, and to rejoin with Carter again? If that could happen, they could both be guides for Kendra as Hawkgirl, and Sheira could carry the title of Hawkwoman! Who would like to see that happen? I think there certainly is room for it to made possible.
