I know everyone is upset that they replaced Carter Hall with the Golden Eagle whom has some pretty shady intentions but fear not there was a clue in Hawkman #40 to Carter Hall's return.
In the issue after Hawkman and Dr.Fate defeat the inner demon that was destroying his memories Cater turn to Dr.Fate and tells him "There's one more thing I need from you"...we dont see what transpiered after that but I think Cater set up his death to Flush out his enimies and any "Traitors" he might suspect in the mist....Carter must have had Dr.Fate prepair his soul for another reincarnation or just make it look like he was dead...Only to come back and Kick some major ass Hawkman style!!......Dont belive me go back to issue #40 and see for your self....
