DC, you guys fianly have a legitamte bad ass urban hero that takes no crap and can dish it out. Face it DC fianly has their Wolverine! Yes Hawkman is the spitting image of what Wolverine use to be in marvel when he was hot! The similarites are all to common, Long forgoton/ sorted history, Special metal wepons, they are both on two of the hottes teams and a girl that they can't have. Thats what DC needs, its what they have always needed. Hell DC comics never had this type of hero, and no Lobo is not and was not the guy for DC. Hawkman is fianly getting word of mouth and great exposure that he has always deserved. DC, this time you finaly "got it" with Hawkman. This is the way he should have been written in the first place, and now that the direction of the whole DCU is headed in a darker more edgy direction it only makes sense that they have a BFM around to really light up the action. Dont blow it! Please take the time to really invest in this character, dont toss him aside and forget all that has been built in the last 4 years! Hawkman has grown and the title has sooo much potential to really be a big hit for DC.
It time now to let Hawkman loose on the DCU like never befor. You know a fight with Batman has been laid out...and who says it has to stop there. Make Hawkman take on all commers, Wonderwoman, Aquaman, Lobo, it doseint matter, all this high drama and tension will be huge for DC as a whole! So all you fans let DC know how you feel and dont let them BLOW IT!
