Hi Joe... Thanks for posting... to "Animate" anything is to "make movement" To animate anything that is "Ours ©" lines, bars, images, graphic's... is "altering" changing... we Don't Allow that. If you find a Original painting or work of another, and "animate it" it is "altering it" the best bet is to Always get Permission from the Original Creator. There are some who do not care about the Copyrights of others, and do what they wish... this Cost us All... it is why more sites are being closed... more lareger sites are using search services to control theift.. and inforcing the copyright laws, and why no-one can link to anything any more...
