I am posting our last correspondence with Casesladder, so each member can read exactly what has happen... This has sadden us Greatly, and if the Commercial banners are ever removed, or you have them removed, or you are NOT a tournement that "Charges a Fee to play" You are still more then Welcome to use and link to our signature's for Free as long as our name and link remain intact, giving due credit and copyright protection.
We have met so many Wonderful People from Casesladder, and made many friends, we are so sorry this has had to happen. The Following is the correspondence. Thank You Sultry & Rose..............................

Hi Patty, Thanks so much for replying, here is what has happen some of your members has deleted or removed our name and link which is Due credit, and copyright protection for us and your members. That is how Casesladder came to us through a search service, most sites now have this service to stop illegal linking.
Your Commercial Banners make your users pages and games Commercial pages and games, most of your members are Unaware of this Fact, they have a Mis-Understanding of Commercial and Non-Commercial, most Believe they are Not Commercial, also your members that "charge a Fee to play" is a Commercial gaming site,
Our copyright images are for Non-Commercial, and Free pages Only. After reading the Affiliates Program on
http://www.gifteuphoria.com/
someone is making money.
We understand Casesladder has added these banners, but the Fact remains, it has made your members pages Commercial.
I have read your Premium membership
http://www.casesladder.com/gold/
which states Casesladder is supported by "Their" members mostly, and you offer Deletion of All Banners, there is a Cost for members to remove Commercial banners. This is illegal unless when joining they agreed and was informed of the Commercial banners, and they will be "seen" as a Commercial site or game.
and internet laws for Commercial sites apply. Casesladder.com has the right to display Commercial banners and any thing you like and be Commercial on Casesladder Own site and Own site pages. You do Not use our © images.
What has Saddens Us so Greatly is the Fact that Your members Did Not and Do Not realize or understand they are Commercial when joining Casesladder, and when asked they "State, they are Non-Commercial" We have made many Friends and even made "Special" requests for your members.
Patty, we are only one site your site has went out to, what you might want to know, is some very Big Artists and Creators has also been sent your site from a Artist group known as "Artists Against Piracy" and under the U.S. Copyright Federal Law, We All have a right to ask or sue for all money made by Casesladder. We at SultryRose Signature's DO NOT WISH TO DO THIS.
This is why a "Commercial" site Must pay a Fee to the Artist or Creator and or Designer to use any copyrighted works, of any medium. We are so sorry this has happen, and yes we know your members use a lot of our © images, graphics and permissioned art, but they must be removed. Due to the Fact that Commercial banners are on members pages. No one has the right to make money in any factor, game Fee charging, Commercial stores, etc. using copyright images of any medium as decorations, page designs etc. Unless they have Written Permission or have paid a Fee for usage from or to the Artist, Creator, and or the Designer.
Once Again, we are so Sorry this has happen to some Wonderful, Wonderful People on Casesladder.
But We can Not be Held Responsible for your members "Not knowing" "they" are Commercial sites. As I stated, Most of your members Do Not realize this Fact. You are more then Welcome to Post Our emails in your Forums... and to post my email address SultryRose@webtv.net or Sultry-@mail.com and I will forward anything they might need to understand, including U.S. Federal Copyright Laws. Once again, We Believe it is Deemed a Great Importance and Necessary that You Make Known in Clear Terms to your members they are Commercial sites and Fee charging games are Commercial gaming sites and Commercial Laws apply to them not only online but also in "their" state. Maybe something can be worked out with you and your members on removing the Commercial banners.
We Thank You so much, and anything you need or we can help you with we will be more then Happy to assist you.
Once again, We are Greatly Sadden by this.... Many Blessings,
Thank You,

Hi there,
In regards to the banner ads on our pages, they have always been present and they our there to help support the site. They are not placed there by the Tournament Director's themselves, they are controlled by our site. If you no longer wish for any of your images to be used by our tournament directors, I can post an announcement stating as much, but I do know that many of the TD's using our software enjoy your signatures and graphics a great deal and would be crushed if they could no longer use them. I have seen your copyright on many of the images used and it is actually how I learned of your site. Please let me know if you want the announcement posted and I will do so.
