Thanks To ALL YOU HONEST Members... it makes me so Mad that Casesladder won't tell you the Truth... I will do my Best to do so....... ... We Thank You so much, speaking of Casesladder/MyLeague... here is the problem... Most Gaming sites on those Servers.. are Commercial Gaming leagues. Therefore under U.S. Laws for Commercial use of Copyright Images, Graphics, and Art... Our Copyright mediums are for Non-Profit and Non-Commercial sites Only... which our Terms and Copyright states on our sites... we have Copyrights of ours and of Permissioned Art to Protect... and Will... Commercial sites pay a user fee... to the Original artists... Big Time Artists now have a search service to search sites such as Casesladder for "Their" ©Art... it is how we were contacted... by artist Jennifer Janesko... letting us know her service had found our work on Casesladder/MyLeague she is suing a few Leagues for Copyright Infringement now... more artists are doing so... due to Theft, Snagging,Altering and Tagging... some signature and image sites don't care if You are sued or Your sites deleted.... We Do.... We do Not Believe it is very Fair that You Members of Casesladder/MyLeague are Not Informed of the Fact that when You create a League that You Are Commercial Gaming and under U.S.Commercial Laws. Casesladder Terms state.... YOU will be Held Solely Responsible for Any Illegal use or act... and YOUR information Will be Released for any Lawful action... how do you like knowing you Can be Sued... and Casesladder has made the Real Money from You being "their" advertizement unknowingly... with the Flashing Commercial Banners Casesladder places on Your Pages? Those Banners make You Very Commercial, We do Not think that is Right, and we Try to Warn members...... remember in the future... You not knowing You were Commercial Gaming is Not a defence in a court of law and it is You that can be sued... if you want to use someone's art, images or graphics email them and ask if they can be used on a Commercial site for Free... if they answer yes... at least you have the email that says yes... and They can also be held libel. So we have to view Gaming sites for ourselves... and some on Casesladder have Removed the Commercial Banners from the Leagues... we don't know how they do it... and most of them have our written permission that they can use our ©mediums...........
