We Claim Our images, graphics, the bars and lines we make, they are Not for use on Your Gaming pages without permission.... due to copyrights, of ours and third party copyrights, and pages on your gaming site being commercial.... You may find a print or what you wish in Original Form and you may do what you wish... You are the One that must answer.. After speaking with Cases's We suggest You contact ~~PattiYork1~~ at Casesladder and or one of the other Ladder Staff ... They're Great!!!!... Patti knows her stuff!!! speak with her... A Wonderful Lady... that has had to have Leagues ""Remove"" Copyright Art from League Pages... Not Ours. We update daily,... and ""Your Right"" We do Not wish to take Credit for Third Party Art or Art Released in Public Domain for use (or unknowns)... that is not ours, so we do have a page asking if anyone knows of the artist let us know... and No some do not require permission for use... and then we also make a Courtsey statement as Most Signature Sites or others do... And when Artists Do allow Their works to be used ... Yes, ""They Do Expect"" the Premissioned site or User to Honor Their Terms and Copyrights To Be Maintained. This is one Fact.. why more and more Artists are Removing Their Art from Public use.. such as Clevenger, Wahl and Janesko, Bell, etc.... and so many others... We Will continue to Protect the Artists and Creators of our sites... and the Artists of the Art world that do bring Beauty to us All and Their Copyrights, being Artists ourselves, we have allowed many uses and will continue to do so to Those Leagues that Honor Copyrights and understand Commercial use... and Remove the banners... and we Thank Casesladder for doing Their Best with the Copyright Artists to Remove Their Art... and ours also.
