What you don't understand about those commercial banners that Cases's puts on your pages is this .. they are affiliate banners which means ""anyone"" can become a partner and Make Money and it is non reported money and you can't use Copyright Work Of Any Kind... some place "their own banners such as "Avon" or "Tapperware" or "others" some have "stores" you can't use Anyone's Copyright works or mediums to make money and or to advertize... again to Make Money... You can't do that... and Not get sued or shut down... Innocent People have been sued on Cases's because they are Commercial.... When You go to make a League... Casesladder's TERMS state YOU will Be Held Libel and Your info released for any court action... for illegal use.... We don't wish this on anyone... Crawl....................... A Lady Right Now has Sold a Copyright Artist Art on a Set She made to a League on Casesladder for Real Money ... she is getting sued... by the Original Artist. he / his attorney has copied his art in use... his art altered by her and her name on the set..... she also has a group.... that tags... our software (That The Artist Requires) traced our Own permission artists and art and creations to her... also dating back 4 months... taken from our site... by her.. posted by her... to her group we contacted her on behalf of one artist she hasn't removed anything.. now he has filed suit also... against her.... this effects us all... More Artists are Removing the use of ""Their Art"" and The Courtesy statement you wrote of... it means Courtesy... it is Courtesy... we are updating All the time... adding Artists names and have just ""Removed"" 10 Dorian Clevenger's art paintings From ((Public Use)) and we have Permission... because of Mis-Use... of His Art.... now Only our private users of our galleries can use his art........................ Like i said... We wish No Harm on You innocent people... that just want pretty pages... but Caesladder would rather say don't use (our stuff).... then to state what is Truly going on... If You notice... or you wish.. go read and look at Casesladder's Copyright statement.. they also have one... wonder why you can't use "Their" name or logo's Freely or tag or snag or alter or use "Their Stuff" on a commercial site or as you wish?? because it's illegal.
