"Spooky" weather patterns

I live in Wisconsin .. USA. We have been having "spooky" weather patterns thus far. Here it is the 27th of November .. and it is raining outside to beat the band. We have had it snow (twice) this year .. but for some reason it just doesn't seem to "stick". I HONESTLY believe it has something to do with the whole "Greenhouse" effect. Weird !! Anyone else got a "weird weather" thingy going on where THEY live ? Just curious .. eeh ?
