After only ten months, your focus should be on further exploring and studying your path, not on coven leadership. You cannot teach what you haven't learned and implemented into your own practice, and that takes time. Learn the basics first, whether on your own or with a study group, and then look at forming a coven much later or look into working with an already existing one.
