Handfasting

I was wondering about where to find someone who could perform a Handfasting ritual In minnesota.While i do not fully practice a path of wicca i do not also belive in the governments form of marriage.I just find that the older ways make more sense to me and come more so from the soul.so If anyone can get back to me that would be great
