My favorites are the ones who avoid those of us who call a spade a spade and attempt to worm their way out of the label "elitist" by claiming that it is something else such as "merely a different way of seeing the world due to some kind of (unsubstantiated) heredity." Ha! As if one can't have had some experience(s) that cause them to see the world differently from the "large mass of mainstream" and have to somehow "be born into it." Ppfftt!! > : P

Oh, yes! I agree 150% with you on THAT one!! They may be religious, but they are NOT spiritual. I think it behooves anyone to be both--observe customs, but if they get in the way of seeing the beauty--then you are either doing them wrong or you are not in tune with their deeper meaning. Either which way, you have lost it somewhere along the line.
