I am totally unfamiliar with statistics and am not sure I have a basic grasp of concepts needed for the class. Is there someone I can see who might walk me through what I need to know and how to use a graphing calculator? I know there will be a Statistics graphing calculator workshop, but I don't even know the first thing about applying the use of a calculator to a problem. We're just now getting into the first project and I'm getting my bearings. I am a mathphobe and this class is very intimidating to me. I barely made it through Algebra in college back in 1980's and ran from statistics then. I made a grade of B with a tremendous effort.
Where do I start? Thanks, Collin
