Diesel Power Mag this month has a write up on a Ranger drag truck with a 4BT in it. I think they say it is putting out around 700 hp.
Fuel only or will they allow other stuff like water injection/methynol, nitrous or propane?
Good luck, I'm building a Dakota 2WD with a 6BT in it.
