I disagree, Fogle is a wad. When I was 16, back in the 80's, I went on a 'crash' diet and dropped from 260 to 170 lbs. I suffered headaches and dizziness for many months. I went into the US Marines at 18. I'm 33 now and workout religiously. I am quite muscular and weigh 220 lbs. Any dumbass can starve himself thin (yes, I consider the way I lost my weight initially stupid, but there were no 'safe' ways known to diet back then). The Subway diet is a joke because the carbs in the sandwich bread alone makes it NOT worth doing. So some fat ass starved himself thin and made a deal with Subway. He could just as easily claim it was Taco Bell or Wendy's that was to credit. He's not an inspiration, he's simply an ex-fat dork turned into a thin dork.
: : If you people were ever fat in your life, then you'd probably
: understand. I agree with you people on one thing however. He did
: not go with that girl to McDonalds as I sure would have. But other
: than that, I don't see how one can be a loser their whole life.
