the rally has the same engine as a lot of bikes, the exhaust has restrictions, this can either be a cone shaped washer which can be cut out, or a power loss tube just near to where it bolts onto the barrel, looks like a bit of pipe going nowhere, cut this off as short as poss then clamp whats left shut, the variator has another restriction in it, a small washer that stops the plates from taking the belt all the way up, for this though you will need a buzz gun, ARGOSS sell them around £25 dont try it without or your sod ya bike up, also the rollers in the variator can be changed for lighter ones, give you faster pull away, also your air filter box has a rubber elbow sticking out the top, pull this out and throw away, maybe stick a performance exhaust on is better than using the stock one, thats about the easy bits, after that you can carry on tweaking it up but it starts costing
