Posted by Eugene If i remember there is an excess pipe in your muffler that takes some power into it so your not getting the most out of your scooter... saw that right off and weld together than put your scooter back together again and your all sweet!

I dont know exactly how to de-restrict your type of scooter but most are the same... what you have to do is take apart the motor like unscrew it and you should have two rollers and a chain running around them... you take apart the left hand side roller and try find the washer within it, thats what prevents the roller parts meeting (pushing your scooter faster, revving harder, not eating as much fuel)... take the washer out and assemble again.
