there are 3 restrictions one on the exhaust wich you just cut off and then weld the hole or just squash it. a brass plate in the back of the carb wich you just take the air box of and remove. and a washer in the variator wich you just take of the engine casing undo the nut wich will be hard unlees you have an airgun or impact driver because it just spins but i just used a rachet and hit it with a hammer wich should shock the nut off once you have done this take the end off and there should be a plasticy looking washer
