How do I correctly derestrict a Speedfight2

I want to correctly derestrict a Speedfight 2. There seem to be many post pointing to the following links for 'how to' guides : >http://personal.inet.fi/cool/planetscooter/peugeot.html >There is also a explanation of the exhaust de-restriction: >http://personal.inet.fi/cool/planetscooter/rorstrypning.html But these are dead links, does anybody have the necessary files ? or valid links ? I understand there is a 2 step process - Remove the resonant tube in exhaust and weld up the hole Remove the variator limiter Remove a washer in the carburettor Happy to do the work, just need the details, anybody know of a step by step guide or some pictures or know how to do it. Some people mention a variator kit, some say just remove a washer ??
