a new cdi unit is required to derestrict a honda bali, after the rev limit is removed you can go the whole hog and get bigger front pulleys, better exhausts etc, but the first step is the cdi unit. malossi and athena both do a cdi unit for this 'ped. my own bali now does 52 flat out!!
