have a 2000 zuma. will run but stalls at higher rpms, new plug, fresh gas and oil. then dies. sometimes it will start sometimes not. is the gas tank pressurized? when i take air and blow from carb to tank it clears. from tank to carb lucky to get a trickle. any thoughts? thanks
