Tomos Revival 02':moped stalls when coming to a stop

My tomos revival starts and then when i let go of the accelaration to stop the engine stalls. whats the deal with that can anyone give me suggestions on what to do? i already cleaned all of the parts and the carborator and the engine still stalls. comment to help plz thanks
