Hi ya! Does anyone know how to de-restrict a 2000 Derbi Atlantis water-cooled 2-stroke moped plz? I only bought it a few days ago, but it struggles to reach 40mph, yet the dealer who sold it said he could do 60mph on it! Is this possible, and how can i do it, because i am only 16! Does any one know what the penalty for riding a de-restricted moped at 16 is? Thanx!!!
