There are lots more increases (taxes) from the city of toronto also comming. Property tax is going up by 5%, despite what Miller claims. Garbage pickup now costs extra, although Miller said it would be revenue neutral. The new program hasnt even been inplemented and council is already wanting to increase rates. Landlord licensing may be comming. This will ultimately be paid for by tenants. Rents will continually rise to pay city costs.
