Maintenance issues

There are so many issues in my unit that I hardly know where to start.
First; my kitchen sink is backed up. I contacted the maintenance person on Tuesday and Wednesday but haven't heard nor seen him.It is now Saturday.
Secondly; last year there were heating problems.
When maintenance brought in the heating guy, heating person told me my thermometer was incorrect and not giving the right temperature.
As it was, I was forced to phone the city about the heat and the maintenance guy told me that if I phoned the city on him again (about the heat) he would get someone in to look at my shower (which is another repair issue)
My concern is what can I legally do about the sink?
What do I do about my thermometer and future heating issues?
