Together we are strong!

Hydro costs throughout the province are regulated by the provincial government, but having said that, anything is possible, just look at what happened under the Mike Harris government (by the way some of those hacks are now surfacing in Ottawa).
I just wonder what the City will do when they run out of profitable assets to sell off. Then what?
In the meantime what does happen to a private Toronto Hydro?
I can only guess that pricing goes up...we all know that it never seems to go down.
If you look at the commodity prices for energy they fluctuate but overall they seem to be on an incline.
Landlords are currently applying for AGI's based upon gas price increases in 2006.

: My big concern is that the conservative
: councillors like Denzil Minnan-Wong want to
: sell off Toronto Hydro to the private

:
: We are already getting screwed by Toronto
: Hydro working with the sleazy landlords to
: force these crooked smart meters on us.
:
: With a private Toronto Hydro we would see
: our costs skyrocket.

: Fight this now by getting involved before it

: Does anyone know when the Smart Meter issue
: is
: to come before the LTB?
:
: From what I gather Joseph Hoffer of Cohen
: & Highley is representing the landlord
: side and ACTO is representing the tenant
: side.
:
: The last day operation for the LTB is
: December 19th, so I guess we're going to
: have to wait until the New Year to find out
: what the LTB will decide.
:
: How about the Minister of Housing? Any
: response from the government?
