Contact the free community legal clinic in your area as they have a lawyer who will advocate on your behalf. You can call the Landlord and Tenant Board at 416-645-8080 and tell them of your concerns and they will send you a Tenant Applications About Maintenance Form T6. You can also ask forand Application about Tenant Rights form T2 and a Tenant Application for a Rebate form T1 and ask for your rent back.
