Simon is right on.
Going onto another tenant site I see their front page has a whole box in a light green column in the middle of the page urging other sites to link to them.
If you can get all those sites to switch their links from that site to your new site I bet you can triple or quadtuple the number of people coming here.
I do disagree with Simon on toronto.com because your bought links there is how I found you. But if you can buy links on other sites why not but maybe you will have to sell links on your site to offset the costs of buying these links.
Why not offer advertising on your site to cover the huge expenses of managing a website? I am surprised you don't offer tenant insurance or advertising for tenant lawyers I bet it would bring in $10,000's a year.
